CHANGES IN POLICY
J. Bond Notary Agency, LLC reserves the right to modify, alter, delete and update these policies at any time we see fit. Such alterations do not nullify our rights if infringements or breaches occurred under a previous version of these conditions.
REFUND POLICY
J. Bond Notary Agency, LLC will not refund fees paid for notary appointments, name changes, or certificate replacement once your application is being processed with the State. A refund will be granted, however, if J. Bond Notary Agency, LLC receives your cancellation request prior to our submission of the above-mentioned forms to the State.
Should we receive incomplete application forms, we will send you notification via email and/or USPS mail requesting the necessary element(s). Should you not respond, we will retain these forms in our office for 1 year. After 1 year, your application forms will be shredded, and you will be required to complete new forms.
DELIVERY POLICY
All notary appointments and name change packages are mailed via USPS First Class Mail. In addition, there are three alternative delivery options are available, if necessary.
For an additional $27, we will ship your package express.
